I work with a small number of senior product and engineering leaders and teams navigating rapid growth, AI, and change. Most of this is 1:1 advising, and sometimes working with a leadership team.

I bring 20+ years leading teams, including 17 years leading engineering at Google, where I led an organization of 200+.

I also bring what I learned from talking to dozens of leaders for my book, Lead Deep, coming from Fast Company Press in 2027.
